Official Rules and Regulations
No purchase necessary. Open only to residents of 50 United States (including D.C.) 18yrs and over.
Sweepstake Sponsor: Qwizdom, Inc.
How to Enter: 1) Fill out your information. 2) Complete the crossword puzzle. 3) Mail to Qwizdom, Inc. 20525 Detroit Rd, #8, Cleveland, OH 44116 or submit it at NECC 2009, Qwizdom booth #2636 or the WizTeach booth #1543.
Timing: Contest begins 06/01/09 and ends 07/01/09 at 5pm EST. All entries must be received by, or post marked by, 07/01/09. Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method.
Random Drawing: On 07/10/09, 100 winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on total number received.
Prize: Each winner will receive a Qwizdom Q7 Presenter Tablet (MSRP $429.00) subject to the Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations.
Notification: Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within about 7 days from drawing.
General Conditions: Contest subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico & where prohibited or restricted.
All mailed entries must be postage prepaid by the entrant. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Qwizdom, Inc., which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this contest. No purchase necessary to play or enter. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances or winning. All taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. All entries must be received during Promotion Period as referenced under Timing above. Mass entries and reproductions disqualified. Lost, late, illegible and postage due entries not eligible. Mail entries limited to one per outer envelope. Sponsor-related parties not eligible. Entries become property of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable, no cash equivalent permitted, and no substitutions will be made except as required by availability in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted and award prizes in a random drawing amongst all eligible entries received. Selected entries must have fully completed entry form and accurately completed puzzle to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is official time keeper. Failure to comply with any rules and regulations may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any right to a prize, in which case, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate by random drawing.

Privacy: Qwizdom will not sell, rent or loan any personal information collected through this entry form to any third parties but may use information to contact you regarding Qwizdom products and services. If you are a government employee the prize may be used solely for the benefit of your agency/institution, and not for personal benefit. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Qwizdom, Inc to publish winners’ names in print in connection with this contest.
